- If you do not wish to register, you can download a PDF copy of the application by right-clicking here and choosing "save target as." Grant evaluations can be completed ONLY online.
- As a registered user, you can complete a grant application online or grant evaluation form, edit it at a later date, print it, sign it, and deliver it to The Cemala Foundation.
- You cannot email an online application from this Web site.
- Grant evaluation forms can be completed and delivered ONLY online.
- After registering, you will be directed either to the grant application or the grant evaluation form.
